• Anchor accounting function during a pivotal period of growth and transformation
• Take full ownership of the review and ongoing management of Right-of-Use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities
• Ensure all documentation is robust and audit-ready
• Oversee PPE accounting, refine and enforce capitalization policies
• Manage asset disposals, evaluate impairment considerations

Technical Accountant

• Support financial reporting requirements for Assa Abloy by loading OneStream (global consolidation tool) and ensuring proper account and department level mappings are accurate

Senior Accountant

• Prepare or coordinate financial reports, regulatory filings, reconciliations, and other client deliverables as needed for a portfolio of captive insurance clients
• Review insurance and corporate documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records

• Partner closely with the Head of Finance to oversee all accounting functions and financial operations across the organization.

• Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors across multiple regions.
• Manage and optimize payroll platforms including Bitwage, Wise, Deel, and Payoneer.
• Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations, and tax requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end client invoicing processes, including billing accuracy, collections, and revenue tracking.
• Develop and implement scalable invoicing and revenue recognition processes aligned with business operations.

Senior Accountant – Treasury Reporting

• Ensure accuracy of our monthly close process and support timely and reliable reporting
• Continue maturing our accounting practices to maintain accuracy and quality while increasing scale
• Partner closely with internal business partners to develop creative solutions to business challenges and transaction workflows (related to your financial statement areas) through process optimization and standardization
• Operate a subset of the suite of Finance systems and applications (Navan, Expensify, Workday, etc.) with an eye towards optimizing tools, processes, and procedures; including the seamless onboarding and offboarding of users in finance applications
• Assist in areas of the general ledger including payroll, accruals and debt accounting
• Assist the finance team with larger projects such as annual audits
• Process and reconcile payroll-related journal entries in the GL, ensuring payroll expenses, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions are recorded accurately and on time

Staff Accountant

• Support the monthly revenue close and ASC 606 revenue accounting for a defined area of our business, with a focus on usage-based and AI-credit revenue.
• Help make the close faster and cleaner — your accurate, on-time work keeps revenue accounting from becoming the bottleneck.
• By day 90, support month-end close for a defined rev-rec area with clean, audit-ready support.
• By day 90, use AI as leverage: partner with the team to generate and validate SQL queries, automate variance checks, and build a lightweight agent/workflow that flags discrepancies before they surprise the close.
• By the end of year 1, produce reliable, well-documented reconciliations and audit support, and contribute to SOX/control documentation.

Revenue Accountant

• Perform monthly reconciliations for approximately 50 balance sheet accounts
• Manage the full accounts payable process
• Prepare and submit journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Collaborate with internal departments

• Prepare Annual Business Plan, Operating Budget, and Capital Budget for investor review and approval.
• Consolidate property-level budgets into JV-level budgets and perform variance analysis and reforecasting.
• Prepare capital call calculations and issue notices per JV agreement.
• Manage JV, HoldCo, and SPE bank accounts, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Participate in distribution waterfall calculations and promote mechanics.
• Review property-level accounting prepared by third-party managers for GAAP and investor compliance.
• Coordinate on cash forecasting, budget adherence, TI/LC accounting, and reimbursement processes.
• Maintain capital accounts per GAAP, tax rules, and JV agreement.
• Track investment tranches, capital balances, preferred returns, and promote tiers.
• Participate in covenant testing, lender reporting, and draw requests.
• Monitor escrow accounts and ensure compliance with financing agreements.
• Prepare quarterly investor reporting packages, including financial statements, variance analysis, capital account statements, and JV performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, equity multiples).
• Support financial integration of new acquisitions, including opening balance sheets and bank setups.
• Manage final accounting at disposition, including sale allocations, reserve releases, and promote crystallization.
