About the role

  • Reach out to small and medium businesses in Spain and Portugal by phone and email
  • Contact inactive or low-activity customers to encourage regular purchases
  • Find chances to sell more products or services to existing customers
  • Meet or beat monthly sales targets and goals
  • Work with sales and customer teams to handle orders and transfer accounts smoothly

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or managing outbound accounts, preferably in B2B environments
  • Native or fluent speaker of Portuguese, with proficient business-level English skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proven track record of reaching previous sales targets.
