About the role
- Reach out to small and medium businesses in Spain and Portugal by phone and email
- Contact inactive or low-activity customers to encourage regular purchases
- Find chances to sell more products or services to existing customers
- Meet or beat monthly sales targets and goals
- Work with sales and customer teams to handle orders and transfer accounts smoothly
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and sales
- Answer customer questions quickly and provide great service
- Help customers or pass their issues to the right team when needed
- Follow data privacy and security rules when handling customer information.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or managing outbound accounts, preferably in B2B environments
- Native or fluent speaker of Portuguese, with proficient business-level English skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to details
- Proven track record of reaching previous sales targets.
