About the role
- Act as 1st line support to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products via inbound calls and email messages
- Initiate test scenarios or remote sessions with customers as needed
- Take ownership of user problems, be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Document customer inquiries and issues in Salesforce
- Gather information from customers to investigate issues with help of next-level support
- Work independently and collaboratively with other teams to solve complex problems
Requirements
- The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms in German and in English
- Previous experience in customer-facing IT support (assisting with configuring / troubleshooting of software & hardware)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn new technologies
