About the role

  • Social Media Management: Responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing content for Trakto's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. This includes interacting with followers, monitoring metrics, and adapting strategies based on results.
  • Ideation and Marketing Campaigns: Actively contribute creative and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at growing the user base and increasing brand visibility.
  • YouTube Content Production: Create briefs and scripts for videos on Trakto's YouTube channel, collaborating in the production of tutorials, design tips, success stories, and other formats that add value to the audience. This involves researching relevant topics and keeping up with market trends.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the launch of new products or features, or for entry into new markets. This may include creating communication materials, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Marketing and Content Production Support: Manage various day-to-day marketing activities, such as creating graphic materials (using the Trakto platform), organizing online events, analyzing marketing data, and other tasks that contribute to the success of the team's initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content production.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Trakto, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work well in a team.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields (completed or in progress).
  • Intermediate or higher level of English.
