Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan for the products under your responsibility, and monitor the implementation of approved action plans.
Monitor business opportunities with physicians, medical representatives, sales teams, opinion leaders, consumers, retail, etc., to define the content of promotional materials and trade marketing/client activities.
Coordinate the development of promotional materials (print, iPad, giveaways and services) based on the Product Manager’s brief, involving all required internal areas and external suppliers for implementation.
Contribute to the preparation of the New Product Course content together with the Product Manager and attend the presentation on the day of the course.
Organize, control and monitor the overall schedule for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and/or PBLs, among other events; monitor the content and execution by speakers/moderators.
Monitor the evolution of products, competitors and the market through audits carried out by the Market Intelligence department.
Prepare event briefs, enter them into the system, and coordinate smaller congresses (symposia and sponsorships) with the support of the Product Manager.
Prepare training briefs and coordinate other activities related to conventions, congresses and similar events.
Monitor inventory of Ags, promotional materials and originals.
Run simulations of the Promotional Plan within deadlines according to the Product Manager’s strategy.
Track and control budgets and provide periodic reports to the Product Manager.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Pharmacy or related fields;
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry with activities related to Marketing, Training and Sales;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
