Contact potential clients over the phone and screen them for office criteria.
Gather information required for a Social Security application.
Ensure representation paperwork is signed and returned to the office.
Maintain intakes per hour and conversion at or above department metrics.
Remain logged into the Dialer System for 7 hours and correctly log results of all calls.
Maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients, coworkers, and managers.
Retain basic Social Security and Disability knowledge and protocols.
Follow policies contained in the Employee Handbook.
Return voicemails from potential and current clients and perform packet follow-up calls.
Attend monthly boot camp training and complete ongoing training.
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiar and competent with standard office equipment including work computer, and word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
Ability to work independently and balance task responsibilities in a customer service setting.
Reliable internet connection where the computer can be directly connected to the internet router.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with diverse, and sometimes challenging, individuals and respond calmly and efficiently to situations ranging from routine to urgent.
Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once and to work positively and effectively within a team and as self-directed.
