💰 £40,000 - £55,000 per year
About the role
- generating new sales in the B2B leisure travel market
- defining the go-to-market strategy
- identifying opportunities, engaging and negotiating with prospects
- managing integrations with support from the integration team
- assisting in ramping up volumes until transitioning to the Account Management team
- supporting coordination with customer and Trainline teams
- generating incremental net ticket sales
- participating in travel industry events across Europe
- exploring leisure market’s needs and mapping business opportunities
- managing the sales cycle from A to Z
Requirements
- Business or related degree, and/or able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of travel or rail distribution is desirable.
- Experience in business development or account management is desirable.
- Experience in managing complex and long B2B sales cycle is desirable.
- Experience in project management is desirable.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Fluent in English is a must. Additional European languages are a plus.
