About the role
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Identify and engage prospective customers within target segments
- Run initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs
- Qualify opportunities before passing to the Account Executive
- Support progression of early-stage opportunities through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with the Account Executive on targeting and prioritization
- Continuously learn and apply consultative sales techniques
Requirements
- Degree in Business or a related field
- Some experience in a commercial or sales environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence engaging with new people
- Ability to work proactively and manage workload
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous
- Fluent in English
