About the role

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and engage prospective customers within target segments
  • Run initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs
  • Qualify opportunities before passing to the Account Executive
  • Support progression of early-stage opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline tracking
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive on targeting and prioritization
  • Continuously learn and apply consultative sales techniques

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or a related field
  • Some experience in a commercial or sales environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence engaging with new people
  • Ability to work proactively and manage workload
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
