About the role
- Manage office operations, supplies, and space planning for new Limassol office
- Onboard new employees and coordinate training
- Organize corporate events and provide administrative support for business trips
- Process Jira requests and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot daily and organizational problems to ensure comfortable team operations
- Collaborate with the global operations team and execute one-off setup projects
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by company management
Requirements
- Experience in office management or similar operational processes
- Ability to quickly handle diverse tasks and show reasonable initiative
- Proficiency with PC
- English: Advanced
- Russian: Fluent
- Greek: would be a plus
- Ready to work as a “swiss-army knife person”
- Advantage: experience or knowledge of finance and trading
- Advantage: familiarity with TradingView
