About the role

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and space planning for new Limassol office
  • Onboard new employees and coordinate training
  • Organize corporate events and provide administrative support for business trips
  • Process Jira requests and maintain documentation
  • Troubleshoot daily and organizational problems to ensure comfortable team operations
  • Collaborate with the global operations team and execute one-off setup projects
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by company management

Requirements

  • Experience in office management or similar operational processes
  • Ability to quickly handle diverse tasks and show reasonable initiative
  • Proficiency with PC
  • English: Advanced
  • Russian: Fluent
  • Greek: would be a plus
  • Ready to work as a “swiss-army knife person”
  • Advantage: experience or knowledge of finance and trading
  • Advantage: familiarity with TradingView
