• Maintain full visibility of our new customer pipeline and delivery commitments, supporting the Chief Customer Officer with actionable reporting

• Establish deep partnerships with key decision-makers, as well as maintaining existing ones
• Work cross-functionally to prepare customer pitches and demos so that the selling process is informed and bespoke
• Ensure customers benefit from the wealth of internal resources available to them, including regulatory insight and the knowledge we’ve gained through delivering solutions to their peers
• Identify customer-driven product development in areas where TradingHub is best positioned to deliver further best-in-class services
• Work with marketing to participate and contribute to targeted events such as RegHub
• Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from picking up leads to closing deals

Senior Relationship Manager

Product Analyst

• Entry point into the Product team providing exposure to all aspects of product development and customer engagement
• Creating mock examples of market abuse to demonstrate software capabilities and support customer pitches and product demos
• Preparing content and supporting material for Relationship Managers in customer meetings and events
• Testing new product features such as UI components and underlying models used to generate surveillance alerts
• Assisting with model validation exercises run by customers when onboarding TradingHub products
• Running periodic model monitoring to ensure ongoing suitability of model choices and assumptions
• Partnering with Relationship Management and Engineering teams to research, understand and develop new product features

Software Engineer

• Play a key role in the design, build and validation of mathematical models that power market surveillance products
• Work within the Metrics team responsible for end-to-end delivery of market abuse metrics and analytics
• Design and implement complex quantitative models and sophisticated pattern-detection algorithms
• Architect robust systems for quantitative analysis and prototype proprietary mathematical/statistical models
• Lead technical research efforts and implement production-ready solutions using in-house big data languages
• Optimise core algorithms for deep analysis of financial data, security pricing, and risk assessment
• Ensure production systems meet performance and reliability requirements across the technology stack
• Take ownership of major components of TradingHub's quantitative infrastructure

Senior Quantitative Developer

Consultant

• Develop a detailed understanding of TradingHub’s model-based approach to market-abuse surveillance and apply capital markets knowledge to drive revenue generation
• Understand customer needs through direct contact and analysis of their trade data
• Develop customer pitches, run Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and onboard new customers
• Perform technical tasks: system configuration, running data batches and troubleshooting implementation issues
• Write custom metrics/reports using TradingHub's scripting language
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
