DevOps Engineer

• Develop and maintain advanced telemetry and automation tools for monitoring and managing global platform health.
• Actively participate in on-call rotations, swiftly diagnosing and resolving system issues and escalations from the customer support team (this is not a customer-facing role).
• Implement automated solutions for incident response, system optimization, and reliability improvement.
• Provide operational support for backend services and Kafka producers/consumers written in Python running on ECS.

Site Reliability Engineer

Project Manager

• Provide day-to-day client support across UAT and Production, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, guide test plans, resolve incidents, and accelerate integration and adoption of TT’s trading platform.
• Project-manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: define scope and milestones, continually re-prioritize, remove blockers, and deliver on time.
• Run governance and stakeholder communications: publish clear status, proactively surface and mitigate risks, and escalate decisively to leadership when needed.
• Design, execute, and manage FIX conformance test cases based on software requirements and a deep understanding of TT’s FIX services; recommend enhancements as the offering evolves.
• Drive continuous improvement in team engagement, effectiveness, and efficiency by introducing, piloting, and implementing process optimizations.
• Foster healthy team dynamics; coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing, service-oriented team with strong ownership and customer focus.

Implementation Project Manager

Platform Engineer

• Support, debug, and enhance the entire application stack from React.js frontend to Python backend services (Flask, Litestar, Celery) running on AWS ECS.
• Provide operational support for backend services and Kafka producers/consumers written in Python.
• Maintain the centralized management utility and master API service to ensure frontend and backend stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to diagnose issues and deliver solutions spanning infrastructure, backend, and frontend codebases.
• Design, automate, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring repeatable, secure, and documented environments.
• Provision and manage AWS MSK (Kafka) clusters, including topics, ACLs, and MSK Replicator cross-region replication to ensure high availability.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment for infrastructure and applications.
• Design and implement secure VPC architectures, network segmentation, and service-to-service communication patterns.
• Integrate and manage observability, monitoring, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer queries via support desk calls, trading platform tickets, or the customer ticket portal
• Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues using log files, issue replication, and platform knowledge
• Analyze front-end and back-end logs (Kibana/ELK) to diagnose and resolve issues
• Recognize high-priority incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate to Engineering or Site Reliability teams as needed

Chief Marketing Officer

• Work closely with the wider Marketing team in partnership with Sales and Product Management to drive awareness of TT’s product offering and generate sales leads
• Report to the EVP and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer in Chicago and collaborate with London, U.S. and India teams on design and production of materials
• Lead product marketing including go-to-market campaign strategies and customer communications to drive upsells and cross-sells, with focus on futures and options and trade surveillance
• Curate, create and manage social media content with a primary focus on LinkedIn and report associated performance metrics
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive new demand, nurture leads and cross-sell, including monthly customer newsletters

People Operations

• As a People Operations Generalist, manage day-to-day functions of the People Operations department to ensure a smooth and positive employee lifecycle from hire to exit.
• Contribute to the implementation of People strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Process US multi-state payroll and all applicable payroll reporting via Rippling

People Operations Generalist

• Accountable for achieving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas across the assigned territory for our products
• Initiate and drive the entire sales cycle to meet revenue targets from first contact through to closing out deals – leveraging internal expertise where required
• Take responsibility for quickly learning the product and how to position TT’s value proposition and its benefits effectively to all relevant prospect types
• Work proactively with the sales, marketing, and other stakeholder groups to develop new and existing leads across your assigned territory
• “Own” the territory, communicate market needs and development back to the Product team, aligning against the product development roadmap
