Act as an internal ambassador for successful sales best practices and behaviors that drive sales success and support team goals
Establish a deep understanding of the company and product value stories and our Trader Interactive sales process
Observe and analyze sales team conversations/presentations to identify best practices for success and uncover sales training opportunities
Responsible for analyzing training success metrics and maintaining reporting visibility for managers to coach to
Assess the effectiveness of training by analyzing course evaluations, tracking skill retainment, and sourcing feedback
Work with sales training department to develop content for ongoing training programs based on areas of need
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and metrics to determine performance gaps and identify opportunities, priorities, and recommended training
Analyze needs of various sales roles and develop innovative and creative training solutions
Create and deliver customized learning modules to meet long and short-term needs of various sales roles
Identify opportunities for additional marketing support
Requirements
2+ years experience in sales, sales management, or a sales training role
2+ years experience communicating skill assessment findings
Bonus Points: Experience using sales intelligence tools/software
