Customer Success Manager

• Act as the primary, high-touch liaison between traders and the internal Risk and Compliance teams for escalated cases.
• Manage complex cases involving account restrictions, suspensions, closures, or permanent platform bans.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-value and VIP traders, handling sensitive appeals, escalated complaints, and priority disputes with a white-glove approach.
• Communicate difficult decisions—such as payout denials, risk flags, or account terminations—clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
• Work to de-escalate emotional or high-friction situations, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance teams to thoroughly review case evidence and agree on fair, consistent resolutions.
• Proactively protect the company’s brand reputation by minimizing unnecessary public disputes, negative reviews, chargebacks, and social media complaints.
• Maintain meticulous, audit-ready records of all case files, trader communications, compliance decisions, and final outcomes.

Trader Success Manager

Product Manager

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Slay Markets, prioritizing features and new offerings based on trader needs, business goals, and regulatory reality
• Gather and synthesize input from business stakeholders and executive leadership to shape product direction and requirements
• Translate Tradeify's and Slay Markets' broader strategy into a concrete, sequenced roadmap that the team can execute against
• Make and defend prioritization calls, balancing speed with the compliance and risk requirements of a regulated futures brokerage
• Define and track success metrics for shipped features and use them to inform what's next
• Talk to traders to understand friction points, feature gaps, and unmet needs
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering and design through discovery, build, QA, and launch
• Run product discovery and validation for new features before committing engineering resources
• Own the product backlog, sprint priorities, and release plans in partnership with engineering leads
• Partner with Compliance to ensure new features and products clear review and recordkeeping requirements before launch
• Work directly with FCM/clearing partner NinjaTrader on platform capabilities and joint roadmap dependencies

Senior Product Manager – Brokerage

Analyst

• Monitor accounts, evaluations, and payout requests for fraud typologies specific to funded trading
• Investigate flagged accounts end-to-end
• Analyze transaction and trading patterns to proactively surface new or emerging fraud trends
• Tune and calibrate fraud detection rules and thresholds
• Partner with Risk, Payments, Customer Support, and Engineering to close gaps that enable repeat fraud
• Prepare clear, well-documented case files and escalate complex or high-dollar cases
• Run post-incident reviews and maintain fraud typology and audit trail documentation

• Identify, negotiate, and close complex, high-impact commercial partnerships with enterprise players, ecosystems, and platforms to unlock new revenue streams.
• Build a repeatable partnership framework and lifecycle management process to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationship health and maximum monetization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate partner technologies that enhance our core value proposition.
• Design and scale a high-performing global affiliate and referral network, optimizing commission structures, tracking, and attribution models.
• Recruit top-tier global affiliates, networks, and media publishers to drive sustainable, low-CAC user acquisition.
• Leverage data analytics to continuously optimize affiliate performance, fraud prevention, and ROI.
• Own the international expansion playbook, conducting rigorous market analysis, regulatory assessments, and localized competitive mapping.
• Establish localized strategic relationships to fast-track market penetration and brand credibility.
• Align BD activities directly with enterprise revenue goals, taking ownership of P&L targets for partnerships and new markets.

VP of Business Development

Accountant

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year end close process and drive it to predictable, on time completion
• Reconcile complex, high volume payment flows including merchant processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, Rise account activity, PayPal activity, and affiliate payouts
• Maintain the general ledger across multiple legal entities and ensure intercompany activity is accurate and eliminated correctly
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Produce accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
