Support the preparation and review of tax returns for international entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and coordination with external advisors
Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions
Assist in quarterly and annual global tax provision calculations (US GAAP / IFRS)
Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors across jurisdictions, including the U.S.
Prepare and review indirect tax filings (e.g., VAT, GST)
Contribute to the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures for global operations
Support tax planning initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
Research international tax laws and incentives to ensure compliance and identify opportunities
Partner with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure accurate tax reporting
Assist in developing tax forecasts, budgets, and compliance calendars
Help identify and mitigate global tax risks
Support global tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
Prepare documentation and audit responses related to international tax matters
Recommend improvements to global tax compliance processes and leverage technology
Maintain and enhance tax databases and reporting systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in tax or accounting, with a focus on international tax
Strong understanding of global tax compliance, transfer pricing, and reporting
Analytical mindset with the ability to explain tax implications to non-tax professionals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite is a plus
Knowledge of international tax concepts (e.g., tax treaties, VAT/GST)
French language skills are a bonus, but not required
