About the role

  • Be accountable for all direct and indirect tax matters.
  • Be the principal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct tax compliance.
  • Partner with the Global Indirect tax leader.
  • Support the global transfer pricing leader and external advisors.
  • Lead all tax authority communications.
  • Lead the identification of and claims for any incentives.
  • Support the Provision team in all aspects of US GAAP reporting.
  • Lead/support tax matters relating to business transformation and supply chain projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with legislation developments and communicate impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably with a major in accounting, finance, or tax.
  • Minimum 15 years of international corporate tax experience preferably with Big 4 experience.
  • Expert international corporate income tax knowledge in the countries in scope.
  • Understanding of international technical topics such as transfer pricing, tax treaty application, and interactions between local statutory filings and tax returns.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across the global function and organization.
  • Experience in US headed multinational group with broad manufacturing footprint.
  • Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results.
  • Exhibit sense of urgency to drive effective change and actively look for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • SAP, OneSource Tax Provision and Alteryx experience.
