About the role
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles.
- Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs.
- Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions.
- Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team.
- Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where quick decision-making and adaptability are crucial.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong work ethic. Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for our workers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to tackle tasks hands-on.
- Willingness to adapt to where demand is highest, with minimal downtime.
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
