About the role
- Identifying and attracting top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements
- Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates
- Implementing candidate attraction strategies, such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling
- Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach
- Conducting and presenting thorough market research
- Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups
- Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates
- Ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions
- Staying updated with industry best practices
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field is preferred
- 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required
- Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) is required
- Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
- Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently
- Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively
