About the role
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels
- Support customers, resolve queries and create positive experiences
- Ensure customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements to protect customers
- Be knowledgeable of client’s process and products and how best to support the customer
- Attend 3 weeks training then 3 weeks Grad Bay full time in the office
Requirements
- At least 1 years previous experience in the Banking and Financial Service Industry
- Right to Work in the UK
- Criminal Record Check
- Credit Check
- Full flexibility required to work any shifts within 8.00 am - 8.00 pm Monday - Sunday
- Professional, polite and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to deliver excellent service with outgoing nature
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A good listener who can convey empathy, patience and understanding
- Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be driven to work towards achievable targets
