About the role

  • Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels
  • Support customers, resolve queries and create positive experiences
  • Ensure customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements to protect customers
  • Be knowledgeable of client’s process and products and how best to support the customer
  • Attend 3 weeks training then 3 weeks Grad Bay full time in the office

Requirements

  • At least 1 years previous experience in the Banking and Financial Service Industry
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Credit Check
  • Full flexibility required to work any shifts within 8.00 am - 8.00 pm Monday - Sunday
  • Professional, polite and courteous telephone manner
  • Ability to deliver excellent service with outgoing nature
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A good listener who can convey empathy, patience and understanding
  • Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be driven to work towards achievable targets
