About the role
- Covering Key Areas in our busy Operations Department
- Learning a variety of tasks across the various teams in the department
- Working in an agile, flexible manner as needed.
- Processing fines in our admin team
- Taking maintenance bookings over the phone
- Arranging collections of vehicles at end of contract
- Proactive chasing of vehicles off the road for mechanical repair
- Taking incident reports over the phone
Requirements
- Experience of both administrative and contact centre work
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks where required, but also to engage with one task over a longer period if this is necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to perform high volume tasks at speed with minimal errors once trained.
