About the role
- Actively search, identify, and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets
- Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch
- Conduct daily outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email, forums, and communities
- Communicate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates
- Support affiliates during activation and campaign launches
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns with affiliates
- Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance teams
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development
- Strong experience in manual search and outbound outreach
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Other languages as a plus (Bahasa Indonesian, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience or strong interest in crypto, trading, fintech
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs (nice to have)
- Experience working with CPA/revenue share/hybrid affiliate models (nice to have)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (nice to have)
