About the role

  • Join Toppling Goliath, one of America’s premier craft breweries, and play a key role in growing our presence across the Minnesota market.
  • We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative (FSR) to drive sales performance and strengthen our partnerships throughout the region.
  • Based ideally in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area, this position focuses on executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Maintains consistent communication and strong relationships with our customers, retailers and wholesaler partners.
  • Actively pursues new business while supporting existing customers, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Analyzes sales data and identifies growth opportunities using VIP and other company software.
  • Provides ongoing brand training for wholesalers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Completes assigned “work-with” sessions with our wholesaler partners.
  • Conducts strategic market visits to support sales and drive performance with key retailers.
  • Supports brand visibility by assisting at events and festivals throughout the territory.
  • Reliable car, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Two years’ minimum beverage industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of craft beer, the industry, and its retail consumers.
  • Travel is required throughout assigned territory.
