- Focus on Intelligent Paving solutions; delivering educational programs, dealer relationships, and strategies to boost brand recognition, sales and profitability\n
- Responsibilities include driving sales growth through dealer channel, strategic accounts and new business development\n
- Build relationships with executives, dealers, and customers; host field days, product demos, and lead educational events\n
- Develop strategic sales plans and long-term growth strategies; analyze market trends and competitive activity\n
- Provide weekly sales updates and accurate forecasts; travel 50-70% within territory
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales or application experience in the paving/construction industry\n
- Strong knowledge of 3D machine control, GPS, or related technologies\n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills\n
- Self-starter mindset—able to work independently and drive results\n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience\n
- Preferred: Asphalt paving/road construction experience\n
- Preferred: Experience selling 3D machine control systems\n
- Preferred: Existing industry network
