Requirements
- 4+ years of sales or application experience in the paving/construction industry\n
- Strong knowledge of 3D machine control, GPS, or related technologies\n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills\n
- Self-starter mindset—able to work independently and drive results\n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience\n
- Preferred: Asphalt paving/road construction experience\n
- Preferred: Experience selling 3D machine control systems\n
- Preferred: Existing industry network
