About the role
- In this position, you will be able to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
- Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Production, Sales Operations and more, as it pertains to our insulation business.
- The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a branch operation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services
- Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for permanent assignment, as required.
- Be willing to travel <20%
