About the role
- Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, Consulting Agreements, and Licensing Agreements
- Provide legal services for both our Polish company and our American parent company, including preparation of internal regulations and documentation and handling intercompany legal affairs
- Draft and review documentation related to GDPR, HIPAA, and other data protection laws, and negotiate related data protection agreements
- Handle other legal aspects related to the operations of Tooploox and Solvd
- Create and optimize legal processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Work closely with business teams and non-legal professionals; strong communication skills are essential
Requirements
- Availability: full-time
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a legal department or a law firm after graduation
- Expertise in Polish civil and commercial law, IT (new technologies, AI) law
- Experience in international commercial contract negotiations, particularly within the U.S. market
- Expertise in tax law, labour or privacy laws will be an advantage
- Exposure to practical issues connected with IT law/tech/privacy
- English C1
- Polish C2
- Completed law studies
- Professional qualifications of an attorney-at-law or advocate will be an advantage
- A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional and multicultoral environment
- Experience in a multicultural environment will be an advantage
