Requirements
- 5+ years of professional motion design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools
- Skilled at creating 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and video assets
- Strong eye for storytelling, visual rhythm, and pacing
- Knowledge of video production workflows, including editing, rendering, and file optimization
- Familiar with audio design principles and how sound enhances motion graphics
- Able to adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast
- Detail-oriented with excellent typography, layout, and design fundamentals
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Naturally curious, keeping up with emerging motion trends, tools, and creative techniques
- Must have agency experience
- An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing motion design work is required
