About the role
- Interpret, edit, and integrate contributors’ feedback into proposal submissions
- Communicate project progress to the internal proposal review team
- Coordinate deadlines with Sales, Technical, Services, and Legal teams
- Maintain library of boilerplate information, technical content, and supporting graphics
- Maintain brand integrity and perform quality control
- Coordinate final document review, assembly, quality check, and production (printing, binding, packaging, shipping)
- Ensure compliance with proposal specifications including electronic submission requirements
- Collaborate within Sales Department on strategy, project management, and writing/editing tasks
Requirements
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Dependable, team-oriented, independent, and self-motivated
