About the role

  • Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product cost and improve the customer experience
  • Develop new product supply chain and support NPI procurement and tool development
  • Own new product quoting processes and cost management across component, subassembly and CM level
  • Drive a global tooling strategy in support of current and future business
  • Provide timely communications and updates throughout the department
  • Drive product manufacturability, testability and supply chain design
  • Establish supply readiness to ensure material availability to support production ramp

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing for a hardware device company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience in global supply chain/manufacturing positions
  • Relevant knowledge of contract manufacturing and supplier commodity management
  • Demonstrated experience in quickly adapting and learning new technologies
  • Strong analytical background used for making complex decisions
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
