About the role
- As a learning and development “Product Owner”, you will lead the design, improvement, and implementation of learning and development programs, frameworks, tools and processes
- While partnering with (senior) leadership, you will actively drive the development and implementation of TomTom-ers and business unit-specific learning and development approaches
- You will partner with other learning and development partners to work in an agile manner to deliver scalable solutions
- You will take a lead in global L&D activities to ensure globally consistent and easy employee experience
- You will take up a consultative role in overarching projects that require learning and development expertise
Requirements
- Bachelors or master’s degree in HR Management, social or business sciences
- 7+ years of experience in the talent / learning and development space
- Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in learning and development
- Basic knowledge in the employee experience discipline
- A natural drive towards teamwork and agile working
- Ability to flex between core delivery of large-scale activity
- Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Proven experience in partnering with senior management, works councils and external parties
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
