About the role
- As a reward “Product Owner”, you will lead the design, improvement, and implementation of compensation and benefit policies and processes in various areas like short- and long-incentive programs, executive compensation benchmarking, and sales compensation programs
- While partnering with (senior) leadership, you will actively participate in the development and implementation of TomTom Global and business unit-specific total rewards strategies, consistent with TomTom’s global Total Reward Approach.
- You will partner with other rewards professionals to work in an agile manner deliver scalable solutions and develop programs for TomTom to attract and retain talent
- You will lead the design, improvement, implementation, harmonization, and integration of local benefits packages and employment conditions.
- You will be the point of contact for benefits matters for assigned functions/regions and countries and provide HR and leadership with professional advice.
- You will take a lead in global and local activities and will ensure a globally consistent and easy employee experience.
- You will take up a consultative role in overarching projects that require reward expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelors or master’s degree in HR Management, social or business sciences, and a well-grounded relevant international rewards experience with a strong interest for compensation and benefits.
- 7+ years of experience in a Rewards function.
- Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in compensation and benefits, as well as strong analytical skills.
- A natural drive towards teamwork and agile working.
- Ability to flex between core delivery of large-scale activities and providing consultancy on a broad range of reward topics.
- Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently to propose global and local plan designs and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills and the ability to interact with different cultures and levels of management.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
