About the role
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create eye-catching graphics, photos, and videos
- Plan & run marketing campaigns, promotions, and community initiatives
- Keep website & blog updated with fresh content
- Track performance with analytics & share reports with leadership
- Manage online reviews and foster a positive brand reputation
- Collaborate with dental team to highlight patient success stories
- Build patient relationships and showcase commitment to the San Bernardino community
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management & digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of trends & best practices across platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Video editing skills a plus
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
