Accountant

• Ensure proper and timely processing of daily operations and related postings
• Process incoming invoices, archiving and document entry for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Accrual postings
• Independently and reliably record ongoing business transactions in DATEV
• Prepare management reports, customized analyses, and support business controlling
• Take over and review the financial accounting data of subsidiaries (monthly and annually) domestically and abroad
• Intercompany reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Group-level consolidation (group financial statements)
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensure correct (automated) payment processing and dunning procedures
• Processing of preparatory entries in Moss
• Handling dunning processes, travel expense claims, etc.
• Continuous digitization and optimization of various processes
• Reconciliation and clarification of open items
• Advance VAT returns
• Preparation of process documentation
• Point of contact for tax advisors and auditors

Scrum Master

• Planning and delivering lessons (Application Development and/or System Integration) in a hybrid format (partly remote, partly on site); providing individual support based on the principle of “helping learners help themselves”.
• Translating learning objectives/acceptance criteria into clear, teachable units; enriching content with examples from your own practice (programming, networking, IT security, cloud, etc.).
• Systematic preparation for IHK exams (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) including practice exercises, reviews and feedback.
• Facilitating eduScrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) and ensuring smooth execution.
• Promoting collaboration and self-organization within study groups; constructive conflict and feedback management.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the curriculum, teaching materials and teaching culture; sharing best practices within the team.

• Kampagnenmanagement: Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Google-Kampagnen, einschließlich SEA, Performance Max (PMax), Google Search Network, Display und anderen relevanten Formaten, um die Reichweite und Effizienz unserer digitalen Marketingaktivitäten zu maximieren.
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Du entwickelst datengetriebene Strategien zur Erreichung unserer Wachstumsziele und zur Optimierung unserer Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen, insbesondere über Google Ads.
• Datengetriebene Optimierung: Du analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse, führst A/B-Tests durch und nutzt Insights zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von ROI und Conversion Rates.
• Keyword-Management & Anzeigenoptimierung: Du führst Keyword-Recherchen, Optimierungen und Bid-Management durch, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kampagnen maximal relevant und wirkungsvoll sind.
• Budgetverantwortung: Du planst und überwachst Budgets für alle relevanten Kampagnen und stellst sicher, dass die Mittel effizient eingesetzt werden, um die maximalen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
• KPI-Management: Du definierst, misst und berichtest über wichtige Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) entlang des gesamten Sales Funnels, um den Erfolg und die Effektivität unserer Kampagnen kontinuierlich zu bewerten.
• Zusammenarbeit & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Spezialisten, kreativen Teams sowie den Marketingverantwortlichen unserer Ventures zusammen, um integrierte und skalierbare Performance-Marketingstrategien umzusetzen.
• Trend- und Technologieüberwachung: Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends, neue Google-Features und Innovationen in der digitalen Werbung, um unseren Wettbewerbsvorteil sicherzustellen.
• Automatisierung & Prozessoptimierung: Du trägst zur Entwicklung effizienter, standardisierter und automatisierter Abläufe innerhalb des Performance-Marketing-Teams bei.
