About the role

  • Analyse and handle incidents discovered through monitoring or customer requests.
  • Handle customer requests via Ticketing system or Email.
  • Monitor Organisation Infrastructure and Applications via Monitoring Tools and Emails.
  • First level support to customer requests and escalate alarms and issues on time.
  • Report generation and updating to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics or computer engineer)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in telecom/IT industry.
  • Linux – Basic/Intermediate Level (CLI)
  • SQL – Intermediate Level
  • Knowledge of Database– SQL, ORACLE
  • Basic Knowledge of Telecom (GSM, Mobile Networks)
  • 0-3 year experience as a Tier 1/Tier 2 support engineer
  • Basic Operating system, MS Office Application knowledge.
