About the role
- Manage day-to-day staffing requests and instructor matching using internal tools (Retool, Slack, Sakari, Notion)
- Maintain accurate communication with instructors and Customer Success Team about class coverage
- Track and document fulfillment statuses, confirmations, and class-level notes
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Community Operations, and Talent Growth teams to fulfill time-sensitive requests
- Evaluate workflows to identify bottlenecks, document processes, and create step-by-step operational procedures
- Leverage data analysis to create actionable insights and partner with leadership to develop reports and dashboards for operational KPIs
- Implement AI-based automations and automations using Zapier, Slack workflows, and Retool integrations
- Automate communication workflows (email/SMS) and collaborate on AI-agent testing and integration
- Participate in coaching, development, and help shape documentation and playbooks for new workflows and automations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, management consulting, or process-oriented roles
- Tech-curious and eager to learn tools like Retool, Notion, Zapier, and AI-driven platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action, comfortable proposing and testing improvements based on data insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about the role education plays in shaping opportunity and equity
- Experience with internal tools (Retool, Slack, Sakari, Notion) and automation platforms (Zapier)
