Business Development Rep

• Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers in the preschool and K-12 education space
• Prioritize outbound prospecting and creative outreach to target contacts
• Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting
• Execute outbound prospecting through multi-channel approach: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, client gifting, hand-written notes
• Lead source and cold call contacts in ideal customer profiles (60-80 calls a day) using HubSpot
• Hit and consistently exceed monthly SQLs quota and an annual ACV target
• Be a subject matter expert on Togetherhood services/products and differentiate from competitors
• Gather insights, data, and trends from client meetings to share with the team
• Maintain and consistently update activities and data quality in Togetherhood’s CRM (HubSpot)
• Document the BDR function systems and processes to help future hires
• Use tools including HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and the company’s custom platform

Business Development Representative

Robotics

• Be matched with opportunities to create your own STEM/Robotics course to teach elementary school students at schools across Connecticut and New York.
• Teach terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.
• Conceive of and create an age-appropriate curriculum for your class.
• Design outcome-based lesson plans.
• Specify the materials you'll need to run the course successfully.
• Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early!).
• Create a memorable experience for the children in your class to help them grow and develop a passion for Robotics.
• Help children understand the importance of STEM and how it's helped shape you as a person.

STEM/Robotics Instructor

Business Operations

• Manage day-to-day staffing requests and instructor matching using internal tools (Retool, Slack, Sakari, Notion)
• Maintain accurate communication with instructors and Customer Success Team about class coverage
• Track and document fulfillment statuses, confirmations, and class-level notes
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Community Operations, and Talent Growth teams to fulfill time-sensitive requests
• Evaluate workflows to identify bottlenecks, document processes, and create step-by-step operational procedures
• Leverage data analysis to create actionable insights and partner with leadership to develop reports and dashboards for operational KPIs
• Implement AI-based automations and automations using Zapier, Slack workflows, and Retool integrations
• Automate communication workflows (email/SMS) and collaborate on AI-agent testing and integration
• Participate in coaching, development, and help shape documentation and playbooks for new workflows and automations

Business Operations Associate
