Performance Marketing

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
• Monitor campaign health using CTR, conversion rates, CPC, CAC, and ROAS
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI, scale winning campaigns, and pause underperformers
• Refine audience targeting, keywords, and bidding strategies based on performance data
• Report campaign performance to the CEO weekly with insights and recommendations
• Design and execute 4–6 structured experiments per week across targeting, keywords, bidding, creative, landing pages, and offers
• Document experiment hypotheses, results, insights, and business impact
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify winners, and plan future tests
• Scale winning experiments into ongoing campaigns and retire underperforming approaches
• Analyze creative performance, identify winners, and detect creative fatigue
• Provide data-driven feedback to the Creative Strategist and maintain the creative testing pipeline
• Analyze the acquisition funnel from ad click through landing page, registration, and paid membership
• Work with Product and Design on landing-page optimization and A/B testing
• Collaborate with Engineering on registration-flow optimization and conversion improvement
• Provide weekly funnel insights to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and native platform reporting
• Track key marketing metrics and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Prepare detailed weekly reports for the CEO on revenue, channel ROAS, CAC trends, and actionable insights
• Troubleshoot tracking issues across advertising platforms

Performance Marketing Lead

Creative Strategist

• Own advertising creative strategy and production for paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and future channels
• Study customers to identify resonant messaging, motivations, objections, desires, and pain points
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, messaging, headlines, scripts, offers, calls-to-action, and testing hypotheses
• Write detailed creative briefs for internal designers, external agencies, and AI creative tools
• Lead production of approximately 10 new video advertisements per week plus supporting static creative
• Direct internal designers, external video agencies, and AI creative platforms to produce polished assets
• Maintain a 2–3 week production schedule aligned with the paid media testing roadmap
• Review assets for brand consistency and brief compliance
• Build and maintain a searchable creative library organized by audience, messaging, hook, offer, visual style, format, and performance
• Document performance data and link results to creative attributes
• Identify creative patterns, winning concepts, underperforming themes, and creative fatigue
• Create playbooks documenting winning hooks, messaging, and visual patterns
• Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead on creative performance analysis and testing priorities
• Deliver weekly performance reports with data-backed insights and recommendations
• Present recommendations for future creative focus
• Review customer interviews, surveys, and research to extract actionable insights
• Monitor trends in dating, relationships, international dating, and related spaces
• Develop quarterly customer insight briefings for leadership
• Improve creative intake, briefing, production, and delivery workflows
• Develop and document standards for briefs, asset specifications, naming conventions, and folder organization
• Document processes, standards, and best practices for team continuity and scaling
• Report directly to the Head of Growth and support scaling paid acquisition for Together Light Inc.'
