• Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and social media
• Respond promptly to customer questions and provide accurate information about services and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with other teams and departments to escalate and resolve customer issues

Customer Service Advisor

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the development and delivery of major investment and Net Zero programmes across the Group’s housing stock
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term investment plans, managing programmes, budgets, procurement and performance
• Oversee stock condition, surveying and asset data to support investment planning and evidence-based decision-making
• Lead analysis and reporting of asset and energy data using data warehouses and Power BI
• Work with internal teams, statutory bodies, local authorities and external partners to ensure programmes are compliant, well governed and deliver value for money
• Support externally funded programmes and ensure funding and regulatory requirements are met
• Identify new technologies and ways of working to improve investment performance and drive innovation
• Provide technical leadership, advice and guidance across the Investment team
• Lead, motivate and develop professional teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement
• Represent Together Housing Group at sector, stakeholder and partner forums on investment-related matters
• Manage and report on delivery programmes of up to £80 million per annum
