About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, with a strong focus on the US and international markets.
- Partner with agency leadership and hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs within the luxury and creative sectors.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines using LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, talent communities and specialist platforms.
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions and long-term talent planning.
- Manage and optimise ATS systems to maintain efficient processes and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate journey, reflecting the premium standards and culture of Together Group.
- Support in the development of Together Group’s employer brand, showcasing the Group as a destination for top talent within the luxury and creative industries.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within creative agencies, marketing, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or production environments.
- Experience hiring across US and international markets is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of salary benchmarking and talent market research, particularly within creative or luxury sectors.
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across global teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and data-driven in your approach to recruitment.
- Passionate about identifying and engaging top talent in the luxury and creative industries
