About the role

  • Proactive and strategic media outreach to secure product and feature placements for clients across online, print, podcast, broadcast outlets
  • Supporting communications strategies for clients with creative ideas & industry insights
  • Proactively monitoring all media, print, digital and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning relevant articles for distribution around the team
  • Assisting with compiling monthly and weekly reports for all clients accurately and in a timely manner
  • Lead and manage PR campaigns with the support of Senior team
  • Knowledge of the influencer and media (print, digital& broadcast) landscape and develop targeted media lists
  • Identify and track emerging trends and initiatives in the digital space and develop relevant client applications
  • Assist senior team on project management and workflow and recognize flow changes when needed
  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of brand strategy
  • Directly liaising with luxury beauty clients with the support of senior leadership
  • Day-to-day support on mailings, strategy execution, brand partnerships and PR and influencer initiatives
  • Support in preparing internal/client meetings including pulling together agenda’s and writing up minutes
  • Responsible for managing product deliveries/placements/press bookings in a timely manner
  • Be a part of managing the master media database and internal team databases and ensure it is kept up to date and accurate
  • Begin to build media relationships by attending press meetings, launch events and any external industry related events
  • Maintain and establish industry contacts with press and digital influencers
  • Supporting the team with key launches and events
  • Be a brand champion for your clients and build strong relationships with them

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Beauty and Wellness PR experience is required
  • Superior knowledge of luxury consumer industry
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • You are a team player who is hardworking and dedicated
