About the role
- Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance.
- Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey.
- Own the high-volume "sprint" at the end of each sales cycle to ensure all customer contracts are officially processed and booked by the month-end deadline.
Requirements
- Based in the Pacific Time Zone or ability to work PST hours
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence prioritizing and making time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency
