About the role
- Provide comprehensive legal advice throughout product development lifecycle
- Provide strategic legal guidance on AI/ML systems and features
- Drive development of robust playbooks and self-service tools for product teams
- Advise on complex legal issues including regulatory compliance and data privacy
- Maintain deep expertise in laws and regulations relating to products
- Navigate novel regulatory environments for compliant user experience

Requirements
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent
- 5+ years of legal experience in regulatory compliance, data privacy, marketing, and consumer protection across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated expertise in researching, interpreting, and providing actionable advice on a variety of complex laws
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex legal challenges independently
- Customer-service-driven and growth mindset with proactive approach to legal risk management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a record of partnering with product and cross-functional teams
