About the role
- Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects—such as system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, business enhancement, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather project requirements and develop actionable plans.
- Drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects, proactively identifying and resolving blockages.
- Act as the point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Draft and maintain essential project documents, including project board, requirement, change logs, and final reports.
- Continuously improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (backgrounds in IT, BIS, or Cyber Security are a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, ideally with cross-team or company-wide initiatives.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin— comfortable leading meetings, writing documentation, and handling vendor coordination in both languages.
- Detail-oriented, organised, reliable, and self-disciplined. Have interests in technology, and financial industry.
- Familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., Jira, MS, AWS).
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Working experience in IT Security or Web3 space is a plus.
