Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects—such as system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, business enhancement, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather project requirements and develop actionable plans.
Drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects, proactively identifying and resolving blockages.
Act as the point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
Draft and maintain essential project documents, including project board, requirement, change logs, and final reports.
Continuously improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above (backgrounds in IT, BIS, or Cyber Security are a plus).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, ideally with cross-team or company-wide initiatives.
Able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin— comfortable leading meetings, writing documentation, and handling vendor coordination in both languages.
Detail-oriented, organised, reliable, and self-disciplined. Have interests in technology, and financial industry.
Familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., Jira, MS, AWS).
PMP or other project management certifications.
Working experience in IT Security or Web3 space is a plus.
