Project Manager

• Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects—such as system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, business enhancement, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather project requirements and develop actionable plans.
• Drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects, proactively identifying and resolving blockages.
• Act as the point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
• Draft and maintain essential project documents, including project board, requirement, change logs, and final reports.
• Continuously improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
