Network Engineer

• Serve as the premier Network Specialist and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network-related issues
• Ensure complex technical infrastructure requirements are met
• High-level installation, configuration, and management of network communication equipment
• Identify and resolve complex LAN/WAN network problems
• Provide consulting on LAN/WLAN/WAN design and implementation
• Manage network firewalls, VPN devices, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Document changes via ticketing systems and create written standards

• Serve as TM3’s authorized contract lead responsible for overall daily performance and operational execution.
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel to ensure efficient, accurate, and on-time delivery of required services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational matters with Government stakeholders (including contracting and technical representatives).
• Prepare for and participate in post-award meetings and recurring performance/progress meetings.
• Manage routine performance reporting, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and aligned to contract requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Control approach that includes internal inspections, staffing coverage plans, and procedures.
• Lead operational response during disruptions/emergencies by rapidly establishing communication and confirming points of contact.
• Manage staffing execution, readiness, and coverage to meet mission needs.
