Requirements

  • A strong track record of winning complex, high-value B2B enterprise deals
  • Deep consultative selling skills and confidence leading strategic conversations
  • Commercial judgement and discipline, you care about quality, not just closing
  • Excellent organisation, forecasting and CRM habits
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about workforce and talent challenges
