- Winning enterprise-level new business within our priority verticals and ICPs
- Leading deep, consultative discovery and workforce planning conversations
- Shaping and closing complex work-based training solutions at scale
- Navigating senior stakeholders, governance, procurement and contracting
- Owning your pipeline with rigour, accuracy and strong Salesforce discipline
- Ensuring seamless sign-off and handover into Employer Success
- Working across Tiro to bring the best solutions to employers and feed market insight back into the business
Requirements
- A strong track record of winning complex, high-value B2B enterprise deals
- Deep consultative selling skills and confidence leading strategic conversations
- Commercial judgement and discipline, you care about quality, not just closing
- Excellent organisation, forecasting and CRM habits
- A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about workforce and talent challenges
