Product Manager

• Own the rhythm of our product lifecycle, from first spark to full delivery and beyond.
• Manage each programme through every stage of its journey: concept, design, launch, review, and renewal.
• Keep every product healthy and high-performing, ensuring relevance, compliance, and impact for learners and employers.
• Be the guardian of learning design, ensuring coherence, flexibility, and alignment with real-world industry needs.
• Coordinate expertise to create learning that’s relevant, accredited, and strong, including new propositions like CPD.
• Help shape product strategy and develop business cases delivering real value for learners, employers, and the business.

Compliance

• As our guardian of compliance, you’ll work across our programmes, coordinating and leading internal/external (DfE) audits, quality assurance, and compliance for Tiro’s apprenticeship provision to ensure we are compliant with all our regulatory requirements.
• You’ll use data not just to check accuracy, but to tell a story. Spotting patterns, identifying risks, and turning findings into improvement.
• You’ll make sure learners start right, every time. You’ll design, implement and oversee a compliant onboarding process, ensuring eligibility checks, prior attainment and evidence are complete and accurate.
• You’ll design and maintain systems that keep compliance consistent from enrolment to achievement. You’ll implement regular file audits and data validation checks, ensuring everything stands up to DfE, Ofsted and EPAO scrutiny.
• You’ll help teams understand not just *what* compliance requires, but *why* it matters, building confidence, accountability, and consistency at every level.
• You'll be an experienced leader within compliance and know all there is to know about apprenticeship funding rules, audits, quality assurance and compliance.
• You'll be commercially minded - acutely aware of the impact every learner, every number and every detail has on our business.
• You won't take data at face value. You'll be inquisitive and curious, pulling the narrative from the numbers and proactively presenting improvements and solutions.
• You'll be a first-class collaborator, educating others to streamline processes and directly impact every learner's journey.

• You’ll own our marketing strategy from top to bottom, bringing together creativity, data and purpose to tell stories that make people stop scrolling and start caring.
• You’ll plan and run campaigns that speak directly to businesses and learners.
• You’ll find the magic in the numbers, using data and insight to guide every decision.
• You’ll get hands-on with content, socials, and email and work with agencies to deliver marketing that moves the needle.
• You’ll use your SaaS-style smarts to build out journeys that nurture, convert and delight.
• And as we grow, you’ll shape how marketing grows too, designing the systems, processes, and playbooks that set us up for scale.
