About the role
- Responsible for analyzing performance related to implemented actions, comparing expected results with actual outcomes, assessing quality controls, and identifying any errors.
- Perform strategic analyses using advanced analytical methods for data mining and cross-referencing datasets.
- Provide the company with the information needed to understand its customers and determine whether the products offered meet their needs.
- Periodically monitor channel results and performance.
- Identify new solutions and opportunities based on deviations in behavior across different customer journeys.
- Understand the problem, carry out analyses and draw conclusions, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly and efficiently.
- Develop automated reports/dashboards.
- Create and monitor KPIs and calculated metrics.
Requirements
- Management of performance indicators (KPI management)
- Performance monitoring
- Experience in the Telecom market is desirable
- Experience with SAS and SQL
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Indicator management platforms (KPI platforms)
- Project management
- Budget management
- Database management
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
