About the role
- Receive, organize and keep the documentation of pedagogical mediators up to date;
- Interface with the People & Management and Attraction & Selection teams, ensuring the end-to-end flow of hiring processes;
- Monitor deadlines and stages of selection processes, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines;
- Support the monitoring and updating of area indicators, contributing to analysis and continuous improvement of processes;
- Assist in communication and alignment of administrative and academic requests with regional and corporate teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy or related fields);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to liaise across areas and work collaboratively;
- Organized, results-oriented and attentive to deadlines;
- Good problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments;
- Previous experience in academic processes, educational administrative support or campus management;
- Experience delivering trainings and presentations;
- Experience in higher education institutions is a plus.
