About the role
- Monitor services, servers, and network (e.g., Zabbix/Grafana) and respond to alerts
- Handle incidents and requests via Service Desk (ITSM Helix), meeting SLA targets
- Administer Windows Server and Linux systems (users, permissions, services, logs)
- Active Directory (accounts, groups, basic GPOs)
- Basic networking: Structured cabling, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi; connectivity checks and troubleshooting
- Backup & restore (Windows File Server and TrueNAS) and routine verification
- Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox): creating/configuring VMs, snapshots, and templates
- Patching (WSUS/apt/yum) and asset inventory/CMDB
- Document procedures (runbooks) and contribute simple automations (scripts)
- Support deployment/migration projects (network, servers, cloud) and contingency testing
Requirements
- Technical course or ongoing degree in IT (Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, etc.)
- 1–2 years of experience in support/infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking
- Technical English for reading manuals and troubleshooting
