Analyst

• Monitor services, servers, and network (e.g., Zabbix/Grafana) and respond to alerts
• Handle incidents and requests via Service Desk (ITSM Helix), meeting SLA targets
• Administer Windows Server and Linux systems (users, permissions, services, logs)
• Active Directory (accounts, groups, basic GPOs)
• Basic networking: Structured cabling, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi; connectivity checks and troubleshooting
• Backup & restore (Windows File Server and TrueNAS) and routine verification
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox): creating/configuring VMs, snapshots, and templates
• Patching (WSUS/apt/yum) and asset inventory/CMDB
• Document procedures (runbooks) and contribute simple automations (scripts)
• Support deployment/migration projects (network, servers, cloud) and contingency testing
