Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and performing Day After reviews of scheduled and emergency activities; when necessary, open activation events for field teams.
Perform technical analysis of scheduled, emergency, and Day After activities.
Check network alarms and detect possible faults related to the activities.
Open internal tickets via the Smart Service system.
Provide technical support to field teams when required.
Issue fault notifications.
Requirements
Technical certificate or higher education (in progress or completed) required, preferably in Electronics, Electrotechnical Engineering, or Telecommunications.
Knowledge of telecommunications networks (DWDM, routers, backbone, VAS, 2G–5G).
Experience in Fault Management Centers or Network Operations Centers (NOC) required.
