Perform medium-complexity operational tasks, being responsible for supporting and executing structured analysis of data and information in consolidation activities, as well as supporting and, when necessary, guiding basic activities for solution development and implementation of improvements.
Support and review data processing for the preparation, development, and maintenance of static reports, with the aim of creating graphical interfaces (dashboards) to monitor Production Planning and Control activities using performance indicators.
Provide analytical support, prepare technical reports, and follow up on studies and risk recommendations for Production Planning and Control for operating and future units.
Provide support in process analysis and the development of improvements across planning and control, including logistics processes, routines, and storage locations on platforms, covering logistical routines for the occupancy of vessels and aircraft for personnel and cargo, as well as the use of cargo areas and offshore warehouses, correlating these with the fulfillment of planning portfolios (maintenance orders from the PMB, Tactical Planning, UMS campaigns and Production Shutdowns) and material parameters in offshore warehouses.
Requirements
Solid experience in Logistics Management, Materials, Procurement/Supplies or other areas related to the specialty.
Degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administration, or other fields related to the specialty.
